All this can be accompanied by one of Nitida's award winning wines in a unique setting of Cape vernacular architecture set over the farm dam with sweeping views across the Durbanville vineyards.

Sage Private Dining
Seats up to 16 people, this facility is ideal for an intimate evening with a group of friends in the privacy of your own air conditioned dining space or equally perfect for private parties, For your own special private dining experience, start with drinks on the terrace overlooking the dam and the vineyards of Kanonberg hill. Then move into your own dining room with personal service from our waiters as you enjoy our award winning food and wines.

Perfect for your out-of-town board meetings, small intimate conferences, or team building groups (up to 16 people).
To relax during your breakaways, look over our hectares of peaceful vineyard or study the fish and bird life on the nitida dam from our deck outside. Your delegates have the option to enjoy their meal in the Cassia restaurant or (depending on the weather) on our outside deck or courtyard facilities.

Saffron has an independent dedicated kitchen which will supply all your food needs from nibbles to your specially designed menu. Our food is prepared under the supervision of David Grier and Pete Goffe-Wood to their exacting standards.
